UUID safe cast functions added
1. Added readUUIDTextImpl, readUUIDText, tryReadUUIDText functions in ReadHelpers. 2. Added toUUIDOrNull, toUUIDOrZero functions based on ReadHelpers read implementations. 3. Updated documentation.
