* Added functions `dictGetChildren(dictionary, key)`, `dictGetDescendants(dictionary, key, level)`. Function `dictGetChildren` return all children as an array if indexes. It is a inverse transformation for `dictGetHierarchy`. Function `dictGetDescendants` return all descendants as if `dictGetChildren` was applied `level` times recursively.
