97a5de9653 Initial support for loongarch64 
Make ClickHouse compilable and runnable on loongarch64

So far only basic functionality was tested (on real hw),
clickhouse server runs, exceptions works, client works,
simple tests works.

Make arch detection more robust 
- Properly handle the case that we are on an unsupported but unlisted
  arch, e.g. mips. Before, we would simply continue
  configuration/compilation with no architecture set.

- CMake variable "ARCH_ARM" could in theory be replaced by
  "ARCH_AARCH64". This would need refactoring in dependent CMakeLists,
  therefore not doing it now.

48451182f8 Initial support for risc-v 
Make ClickHouse compilable and runnable on risc-v 64

So far only basic functionality was tested (on real hw),
clickhouse server runs, exceptions works, client works,
simple tests works.

What doesn't work:
 1. traces - they are always empty
 2. system.stack_trace only have first frame
