Make PlainRewritableObjectStorage generic;

the usr/bin is not suitable for macOS
https://superuser.com/questions/933019/sudo-cant-create-file-in-usr-bin-in-el-capitan
after apply this patch, we can `sudo ./clickhouse --install` on MacOS
