e1b6acfa52 Add missing parenthesis for isNotNull/isNull rewrites to IS [NOT] NULL 
After #29446 the following query was "broken":

    select isNotNull(1)+isNotNull(2) from remote('127.2', system.one)

This was also a problem for queries to external storages (i.e. mysql),
since it also uses query rewrite, like non-local distributed queries.

This is required to support queries (like `foo IS NULL`) to external
databases (i.e. MySQL).

This patch had been submitted separately, due to:
- avoid mixing patches
- run CI (and update tests references)

`ALTER TABLE ... FETCH` and `ALTER TABLE ... ATTACH` queries were
disabled in the Replicated database engine, because it could cause
accidental duplication of data.

This enables these queries but without replicating them.

In the case of `FETCH`, the part will only be fetched on the server
where the query is issued.

Similarly, in the case of `ATTACH`, the attached part only needs to
be available on the server where the query is issued.

If the table itself is using one of the Replicated MergeTree engines,
the attached data is then replicated by the table engine itself,
without intervention of the database engine.

This change is meant to help with live backup/restore when using the
Replicated database engine, using FREEZE for backup and ATTACH for
restore.

e4e584a3de Do not transform (k,v) IN ((K, V)) -> (k, v) IN (K, V) during parsing 
Before this patch the query `(k,v) IN ((1, 2))` was transformed `(k,v)
IN (1,2)` by ClickHouse, and this produce the following error while
sending such query to MySQL:

    DB::Exception: mysqlxx::BadQuery: Operand should contain 2 column(s)

(There is a workaround though, add another value for IN section, i.e.
`(k,v) IN ((1,2),(0,0))`, but this is icky)

v0: (k,v) IN ((1,2)) -> (k,v) IN tuple((1,2))
    But these is not supported by transformQueryForExternalDatabase()

v1: (k,v) IN ((1,2)) -> (k,v) IN ((1,2))
    But now you will get an error for the following query:

        SELECT ('foo', 'bar') IN (('foo', 'bar'))

    Now you will get:

        Logical error: 'Trying to get name of not a column: ExpressionList'.

    (from two places, first is DB::ActionsMatcher::visit, easy to fix by
     inherit ASTExpressionList from ASTWithAlias, but the second is
     evaluteConstantExpression(), which  requires additional support for
     these case while creating a set in DB::createBlockForSet())

v2: (k,v) IN ((1,2)) -> (k,v) IN tuple((1,2))
    So instead I prefer these, and add support for this case in
    transformQueryForExternalDatabase() in the next patch.

CLICKHOUSE-784: reset merge tree setting 
Add an ability to reset custom setting to default and remove it from table's metadata.
This will allow to rollback the change without knowing the system/config's default.

Two questions still active.

started building the test that breaks on various parts.

* Added the case for tables when at least one replica is alive

* Updated the test to test replicas restoration by detaching/attaching

* Altered the test to check restoration without replica restart

* Added the tables swap in the start if the server failed last time

* Hotfix when only /replicas/replica... path was deleted

* Restore ZK paths while creating a replicated MergeTree table

* Updated the docs, fixed the algo for individual replicas restoration case

* Initial parts table storage fix, tests sync fix

* Reverted individual replica restoration to general algo

* Slightly optimised getDataParts

* Trying another solution with parts detaching

* Rewrote algo without any steps, added ON CLUSTER support

* Attaching parts from other replica on restoration

* Getting part checksums from ZK

* Removed ON CLUSTER, finished working solution

* Multiple small changes after review

* Fixing parallel test

* Supporting rewritten form on cluster

* Test fix

* Moar logging

* Using source replica as checksum provider

* improve test, remove some code from parser

* Trying solution with move to detached + forget

* Moving all parts (not only Committed) to detached

* Edited docs for RESTORE REPLICA

* Re-merging

9242654231 negate: replace special case with parens 
v0: negate: add parens for negative values
    Before this patch -(-1) was formatted to --1, but this is not valid
    syntax.
v2: replace special case with parens, otherwise formatting of -(-(-1))
    will be unstable, in v0 it was formatted to -(1) but -(1) is
    formatted to -1 [1].

8b438bcd3c Change formatting of subqueries (make it more human friendly) 
Fix trailing whitespaces in FROM/IN clause with subqueries in multiline
mode, and also changes the output of the queries slightly in a more
human friendly way.

Before:

    $ clickhouse-format <<<'select * from system.one, (select * from system.one)'
    SELECT *
    FROM system.one
    ,
    (
        SELECT *
        FROM system.one
    )

After:

    $ clickhouse-format <<<'select * from system.one, (select * from system.one)'
    SELECT *
    FROM system.one,
    (
        SELECT *
        FROM system.one
    )
