Switch Block::NameMap to google::dense_hash_map over HashMap
...
Since HashMap creates 2^8 elements by default, while dense_hash_map
should be good here.

Use explicit template instantiation for SystemLog

- Move some code into module part to avoid dependency from IStorage in SystemLog
- Remove extra headers from SystemLog.h
- Rewrite some code that was relying on headers that was included by SystemLog.h

Views: Once started, finish all concurrent views before throwing
...
Since sequential processing executes things in phases too, try to finish
all (non errored out) views before throwing any exception
