28e0bb78db tests/stateless: properly wait for server 
If 10 seconds will not be enough to finish the server, then
clickhouse-local (that goes after) cannot obtain the logs due to status
file will be locked, like in [1]:

    Code: 76. DB::Exception: Cannot lock file /var/lib/clickhouse/status. Another server instance in same directory is already running. (CANNOT_OPEN_FILE)

So use proper wait via "clickhouse stop"

v2: Fix permissions pid file for replicated database servers
    They do not use default, /var/run/clickhouse-server, that do not have
    proper permissions.

058cde820f test/stress: improve error checks for backward compatiblity check 
Before the log was analyzed only after the server had been restarted
after stressing, and hence it cannot find anything in case of error,
like here [1].

Changelog:
- remove query_thread_log (query_log should be enough)
- for s3 storage there /var/lib/clickhouse/data/system/*_log cannot be
  used, replace them with plain TSVWithNamesAndTypes, also note, that
  after schema inference it is even pretty easy to use
- support replicated database env correctly

f5787ff0a9 docker: fix root squashed data dirs 
if we use some root squashed volume mappings in docker
uid=0 is actually uid=nobody
thus FS operations with uid=0 will fail miserably
and overall it's a strange idea to create dirs under root when
DO_NOT_CHOWN is in effect...

gcore is used here because:

- default kernel.core_pattern is "|/usr/share/apport/apport %p %s %c %d %P %E" [1]
  and so to make it work you need to install apport into container and
  configure it propertly -- to complex

492fa98276 Add replxx/jemalloc into fasttest build of clickhouse 
Both of the are pretty small, and so should not affect build time, but
will have additional bonus, since jemalloc is the production allocator
and replxx is just useful to use binary with completion (and later some
test can be enabled for fasttest with completion)

8a89b8e395 perf: do not fail in case of slow queries (to avoid hiding possible issues) 
Do not stop processing pathologically slow queries,
since this may hide errors in other queries,
i.e. when the test failed on one of servers (upstream or from PR)
and someone interpret this is as OK with the following comment:

  "the failure was on the upstream server it is OK, PR should fix it"

Anyway there is almost zero such queries right now, and before merging
something this should be reviewed.

By using max_memory_usage_for_user as a soft limit, and after
max_server_memory_usage as a hard, we can allow normal overcommit, using

As you can see killall instantly fails with no such process, while this
cannot be true since it was there, and also according to logs there were
