- termcap removed
- fix for cassandra on apple merged
- cmake: fix "Can't find system zlib library" in unbundled build
- cmake: fix condition when testing for rdkafka platform
- cmake: PROTOBUF_OLD_ABI_COMPAT shouldn't be enabled for internal protobuf
