Fix linker flags for shared linking on macOS
...
This combination now works: `-DUSE_STATIC_LIBRARIES=0 -DSPLIT_SHARED_LIBRARIES=1`.
Without `SPLIT_SHARED_LIBRARIES` it is still failing.
