5624bb3abb odbc table function now respects external_table_functions_use_nulls setting 
* Passing setting value to ODBC-bridge on each request
 * Handling that setting value correctly in ODBC-bridge
 * Fixed issue with executing table-functions on context with no settings
   applied in `SELECT ... SETTINGS x=foo` query.
 * Added tests to verify fix.

c951ec7bad CLICKHOUSE-4067: Fixes in odbc dictionaries. Now dictionaries receives bridge path from global config (as it was before). Quotation performed on table and schema independently. Add tests with postgres interaction. Update documentation 2018-10-15 17:49:23 +03:00
