Fix stash and clear_repo contexts 
All the cleanup should be done in `finally` block:

   ...: def stash():
   ...:     try:

   ...:     except (Exception, KeyboardInterrupt):
   ...:         print("catched")
   ...:         raise
   ...:     finally:
   ...:         print("always")

   ...:     raise ValueError("something")
   ...:
inside
catched
always
