373b91c50d Fix system libunwind test 
`unw_init_local_signal` is provided as:

- `_ULx86_64_init_local_signal` in `libunwind`
- `_Ux86_64_init_local_signal` in `libunwind-generic`

`find_library (UNWIND_LIBRARY unwind)` looks for the first library;
`#define UNW_LOCAL_ONLY` before `#include <libunwind.h>` is necessary to select
this variant.

d36f52502e Make it compilable on OS X 
It's still hackish and dirty, but server and client compies.

Server starts, but throwes meaningless exception on any query.

Client seems to be working fine.

Linux compilation might (but shouldn't) be broken (not tested).
