1) Refactor DDLQueryStatusSource:
...
- Rename DDLQueryStatusSource to DistributedQueryStatusSource, and make it as a base class
- Create two subclasses: DDLOnClusterQueryStatusSource, ReplicatedDatabaseQueryStatusSource derived from DDLQueryStatusSource
2) Support stop waiting offline hosts in DDLOnClusterQueryStatusSource
