Ignore non-instrumented modules in ThreadSanitizer.
...
libc++ seems not to be instrumented, which is why we get false positives about
data races in normal destruction of weak_ptr.
In passing, remove redundant configuration of llvm-symbolizer. One symlink
to llvm-8 should suffice.
