d161b798a8 Strict taskstats parser 
This will unhide possible issues (since sometimes statistics is
inaccurate).

Also before this patch TASKSTATS_TYPE_AGGR_TGID had been handled, while
it not correct to take into account, but it was not requested anyway.

Fix various clang-tidy warnings 
When I tried to add cool new clang-tidy 14 warnings, I noticed that the
current clang-tidy settings already produce a ton of warnings. This
commit addresses many of these. Almost all of them were non-critical,
i.e. C vs. C++ style casts.
