Bug Fix (user-visible misbehavior in an official stable release)
- Backported in #63172: Setting server_name might help with recently reported SSL handshake error when connecting to MongoDB Atlas:
Poco::Exception. Code: 1000, e.code() = 0, SSL Exception: error:10000438:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:TLSV1_ALERT_INTERNAL_ERROR. #63122 (Alexander Gololobov). - Backported in #63164: The wire protocol version check for MongoDB used to try accessing "config" database, but this can fail if the user doesn't have permissions for it. The fix is to use the database name provided by user. #63126 (Alexander Gololobov).
