Database Engines

Database engines allow you to work with tables.

By default, ClickHouse uses database engine Atomic. It provides configurable table engines and an SQL dialect.

You can also use the following database engines:

• MySQL

• MaterializedMySQL

• Lazy

• Atomic

• PostgreSQL

• Replicated

• SQLite
